03. Weh Dem? 04. Framework
Framework was a participatory sculpture installed on the Community Green in Norfolk, Connecticut. Built as a small, modular structure, it evoked the skeletal outline of a house or shelter—an open form that could be unfolded, rearranged, and reoriented by the public. Hinged joints allowed the piece to shift between configurations, reflecting on how built environments respond to touch, need, and collective imagination. Positioned outdoors, the sculpture invited passersby to become temporary architects, altering its boundaries and scale through interaction. In its continual transformation, Framework examined how structure and openness coexist, and how form can become a site of shared authorship.
